Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon bicarb soda
  • ¾ cup milk
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add flour to mixture with ⅓ cup milk; mix well.
  4. Add in other dry ingredients with the rest of the milk into the mixture and mix well.
  5. Fill your muffin cups to ⅔ full.
  6. Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes.
  8. EAT!
