Spent the morning not wanting to get out of bed becuase it was freezing cold and raining. With Chen off to the marathon early, noone forced me to get up until I knew I had to meet him at the finish line. Finally get my butt out of the house just after 10:30 and head off to Tokyo Station. It’s super stuffy underground, so I make my way above ground where it’s pouring and crisp as hell. I also forget that all the roads are closed because of the marathon. After walking around confused for like 20 minutes, getting lost I find my way back under ground to meet at the designated point.
We were trying to head off to the Pokemon Cafe, but apparently we needed to make a booking and we were too stupid to check online beforehand. So, it’s off to look for another lunch option.
So good. Such a sucker for katsu and also the cabbage…because I can put all the yuzu sauce on there and it’s delicious. Katsu oyster was interesting. Definitely recommend trying it.
Now that lunch is over with, it’s time to hit up some ice cream.
Walked around the building a bit and found this random place. Hand-model Chen modelling terribly.
It was meh, so it’s off to find some Hokkaido milk soft cream!
Success at the Hokkaido Foodist! Bummed where was no Hokkaido melo flavour though, damn seasons. So creamy.
After heading home and realising the day was still young, we decided to head off to…THE SAILOR MOON STORE!!!!! Pic spam.
