It’s our last Sunday in Tokyo! We took it easy today. Spent the day wandering around Shinjuku and the afternoon looking for waffles around the station. We were looking for Manneken but didn’t know where it was around the station exactly, so we just decided to walk around the whole damn thing. It’s huge. We found Mr. Waffle first, then Manneken.

Mr. Waffle

Mr. Waffle

Selection: earl grey ¥180, choc chips ¥170, plain ¥160, almond, banana ¥180

Manneken

Selection: maple ¥140, chocolate ¥140, plain ¥120
Verdict: Mr. Waffle wins hands down. The prices are a little higher but they are definitely worth it. They’re even packed prettier. 🙂

Tahitian vanilla Haagen-dazs IC#25

Weird milk flavoured chips.
Since we didn’t do much today, Dad decided to take us out to look for these festival markets happening all over the city at temples. We went to the Yatsuya one.

We actually bought a bunch of food, but Mum Yee didn’t let us eat much then because she was cooking up a storm again.
